dentsu India has appointed Ramsai Suriyanarayanan as Managing Partner- Trading, Media. In his new role, Suriyanarayanan will lead media investments for Reckitt and play an integral role in developing dentsu Media’s investment model and portfolio.

2. Britannia Unveils New Identity for Good Day
Britannia Industries has unveiled a new identity for its Good Day brand of biscuits, reports livemint. Starting at Rs 5 each, the new pack will be launched across all four variants of Good Day. Good Day was launched in India in 1987.

Deepshikha Dharmaraj has been elevated as chief executive officer, BCW India Group.  As per the new role, she will be responsible for managing the overall business interests of BCW in India and implementing its growth strategy encompassing people, clients and partners.   Dharmaraj will retain her current role as chief executive officer of Genesis BCW.

4. Google Launches Newsroom Leadership Program
Google has launched its first India-focused cohort of the Newsroom Leadership program, in collaboration with the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism. The Newsroom Leadership Program is the latest in a host of newsroom initiatives by Google to support news publishers and newsrooms in addressing the altered news landscape. The program is free of charge for successful applicants and application closes on 15 February 2022.

Karan Amin, former creative head at MediaMonks India, has announced the launch of 010. The agency aims to produce content below 10 seconds. Amin left MediaMonks in September 2021 and formally announced the launch of 010 last week.
