1. Zee Entertainment Launches Zee Zest

Zee Entertainment Enterprises has launched a lifestyle channel – Zee Zest. The channel went on air today, 1 October 2020 and has content from food, travel, lifestyle, home improvement, wellness, culture, and DIY. The channel also has international content with deals to bring in global shows. Zee Zest is available across all cable, DTH, and digital platforms. The channel will also be available on ZEEL’s digital and mobile entertainment platform, Zee5.

2. Google Sends Zomato & Swiggy Notices For Violating Play Store Guideline

Zomato and Swiggy have received notices from Google for their in-app gamification features that allegedly violate the tech giant’s Play Store guidelines. As per livemint, the development comes just weeks after Paytm was blocked from the Play Store for a few hours for violating Google’s policy on sports betting activities.


3. Dentsu International Elevates Gautam Mehra

Dentsu International has elevated Gautam Mehra, currently CEO, dentsu Programmatic and chief data officer, dentsu – South Asia, to hand him the additional mandate of being chief data and product officer – Asia Pacific.  As per campaign India, Mehra will continue to be based in Mumbai and report to Zhengda Shen, president, Merkle Apac for his additional role.
