1. LinkedIn Launches New Features for Marketers

LinkedIn has launched new features that will help marketers reach new audiences with the right content, amplify brand presence, and drive business. Marketers can now boost any organic post that they notice is performing well. They can also broadcast their LinkedIn Live streams through streaming tools such as Zoom, WebEx, or OBS. As per exchange4media, these new additions to the LinkedIn Marketing Solutions (LMS) will provide marketers with deeper audience insights, making it easier to track campaign performance.


2. Zomato Elevates Akriti Chopra as Co-founder and Chief People Officer


Zomato has elevated its former chief financial officer (CFO) Akriti Chopra as its chief people officer and co-founder of the business, reports livemint. Chopra took over the role of people development at Zomato last October, after the company appointed Akshant Goyal as its newest CFO, in the run-up to its IPO. Chopra was also part of the global growth and international operations teams at the company.

Reliance General Insurance has assigned its integrated brand mandate to ^ a t o m. As per campaign India, the account was won following a multi-agency pitch. The mandate consists of brand strategy, creative, digital and social media planning, and buying. The business will be managed from the agency’s Mumbai office.   


4. MediaCom India Bags Media Mandate of Ozone Overseas

MediaCom India has bagged the media mandate of Ozone Overseas, a part of Ozone Enterprise group. The mandate was awarded after a multi-agency pitch and will be handled out of MediaCom’s Gurgaon office. According to The Economic Times, the media duties include full planning and buying across all media platforms.


5. Dentsu Joins WBCSD

Dentsu has joined as the newest member of the World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD). The group has also launched dentsu Sustainable Business Solutions (dSBS), a strategy aimed at supporting business growth while integrating sustainability across campaigns. As per exchange4media, Denstu will incorporate this dSBS perspective into all of its businesses both within and outside of Japan.
