1. Publicis Announces ‘Work Your World’ Initiative
Publicis has announced ‘Work Your World’, an initiative that allows its employees to work from any accessible country where the Groupe is present, for up to six weeks a year. Work Your World will go live at the beginning of 2022. According to afaqs, employees will be able to browse local and global destinations in over 100 countries where Publicis has offices.

2. Mediabrands Wins Dyson’s Global Media Planning & Buying Account
Appliance brand Dyson has appointed Mediabrands to handle global media planning, buying and paid search. IPG emerged the winner from a review that kicked off in the spring, with Mindshare defending its eight-year incumbency on the business. As per campaign India, IPG would formally take over the account, reportedly worth $159 million on 1 April 2022, following a handover period.

3. Amit Tiwari Joins TCS as Global Head Marketing, Demand Centre
Amit Tiwari has joined Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) as the Global Head Marketing, Demand Centre. In his new role, Tiwari is expected to have an Integrated Marketing approach to develop demand generation and creation strategy for sourced and influence pipeline with a clear matrix to measure and grow TCS’s global business. Prior to TCS, Tiwari was working as Vice President Marketing at Havells India.

4. Haresh Nayak Launches ‘Connect Network’
Haresh Nayak, former COO, Dentsu International, Media Service line & Group MD, Posterscope South Asia has announced the launch of a new independent venture called Connect Network. Headquartered in Mumbai the agency will also have operations in Delhi, Bengaluru, Kolkata and Ahmedabad. As noted by exchange4media, the agency strives to be a leader across all consumer connection points to create rewarding experiences.

5. Discovery Acquires ZEDO
Discovery has acquired the assets, technology and intellectual property of ZEDO, an advertising technology company based in both the United States and India. The acquisition will bring ZEDO’s technology in-house and enable faster innovation across Discovery’s ad solutions. As part of the acquisition, Discovery will also onboard employees of ZEDO based in India and the United States.
