1. Publicis Groupe acquires Profitero
Publicis Groupe has acquired e-commerce insights platform Profitero. The deal is reportedly valued at around $210.73 million. Profitero has raised $48.7 million in funding, according to Crunchbase, and has 300 employees.

2. Shayondeep Pal to lead creative at Lowe Lintas Bangalore
Lowe Lintas has appointed Shayondeep Pal as a Regional Creative Officer. Pal will work out of the agency’s Bangalore office and manage some of the flagship brands of the agency from the South region.
