As per campaign India, Samet’s role is new for McCann Worldgroup, as the network seeks to snag more integrated business with large, global clients. Meanwhile, the network’s digital agency MRM has appointed Maggie Connors as global chief growth officer.


2. Moderna Appoints Ogilvy’s Kate Cronin as Chief Brand Officer

Moderna has appointed Ogilvy Health leader Kate Cronin as chief brand officer. As reported by campaign India, Cronin spent 17 years at the agency and led it as global CEO following her promotion from co-president in October. Prior to serving as global CEO, Cronin held a variety of roles at Ogilvy, including global managing director and managing director of Ogilvy PR’s New York office.


3. Google’s Nandeeta Seth Joins TikTok

Google’s Global Head of Product Strategy, Media Platforms, Nandeeta Seth has quit the company to join TikTok. As per The Economic Times, she will be based in New York and will join the short-video platform mid-July. In her previous role, she was in charge of global product marketing, strategy, development and commercialization for Google’s innovative display media and programmatic adtech platform.

Isobar has roped in Aalap Desai as national creative director, as per exchange4media. In his new role, Aalap will lead the agency’s creative team and report into Gopa Kumar, COO, Isobar India.
