Clubhouse has appointed Parijat Kaushik as Head of Partnerships for India. As noted by exchange4media, Kaushik is the company’s first international employee. In this role, he will be responsible for scaling Clubhouse operations in the country. He joins Clubhouse from TikTok where he was South Asia Marketing Lead – TikTok & Resso besides managing entertainment partnerships for the platform in APAC.

Ad-tech company Outbrain has acquired “vi”, a Swiss-based contextual video technology platform for digital and connected TV media owners. As per exchange4media, vi fits into Outbrain’s core strategy of providing media owners with technology to enhance user engagement and monetization through relevant content and ads.
