RS Sodhi helps us understand how GCMMF became India’s largest food product marketing organization, hawking a slew of brands in over 450 stock-keeping units.

85% percent of the Gujarat Cooperative Milk Marketing Federation, or GCMMF’s revenue is spent on their most critical raw material, milk. Advertising, the second largest cost head, is a mere 1% of their revenue. How does the organisation achieve these metrics? We spoke to RS Sodhi, MD, GCMMF to learn more.
